As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and help to identify and report security-related concerns. You will communicate clearly with staff and visitors, provide customer-focused assistance, and document observations with attention to detail. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and reporting access concerns per site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disturbances, alarms, and/or suspicious activity.
Complete routine inspections and patrol checks, note irregular conditions, and report maintenance or security-related concerns through the chain of command.
Use security-related equipment and systems as assigned, such as radios, key control, and/or incident reporting tools, in accordance with site procedures.
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, including accurate time and location details.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when requested by site leadership and in accordance with post orders.
Support emergency response activities such as evacuations, lockdowns, and/or shelter-in-place procedures when directed, while assisting with orderly movement of occupants.
Follow all Allied Universal policies, post orders, and customer requirements while maintaining a professional presence and respectful communication.
