As an unarmed patrol officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist with access control and badge procedures, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver excellent customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, 9+hours shifts.
Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
Be 21+ years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR Certification is preferred.
Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate internal contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, ATM areas, entrances, corridors, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Control access for employees, vendors, and visitors by verifying identification, directing guests to appropriate areas, and documenting entries and/or deliveries per site policy.
Monitor alarm panels, cameras, and other security-related systems when assigned, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to post orders.
Complete accurate, timely written reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned, including checking doors, lighting, and security-related equipment for irregularities.
Support client staff during disturbances and/or disruptive behavior by using de-escalation techniques and requesting additional resources when appropriate.
Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence while enforcing site rules and directing traffic and/or queues during peak banking hours.
