As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being at least 21 years of age is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain order within the financial institution setting.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide guidance as needed.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal standards.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when required, providing assistance and information as needed.
Remain alert and observant throughout the shift, adapting to changing circumstances and client needs within the financial institution environment.
