As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a financial institution setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. This role offers a dynamic atmosphere where your presence contributes to a welcoming and protected location.

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential threats within the financial institution environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
Follow all site-specific procedures and instructions, adapting to changing conditions and priorities as needed.
