As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a financial institution location. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support a secure environment for clients and visitors. Requirements

An armed guard card or license is required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal procedures.
Maintain visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and/or customers as needed.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required, following established protocols.
