As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and deliver customer service that builds trust with staff and visitors. This role requires an armed guard card/license and offers the chance to work with an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to client staff and visitors at a financial services location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and authorization, and support orderly entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information during post and shift transitions.
