As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related operations. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, supporting incident response, and maintaining strong situational awareness to help deter potential incidents. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Must be 21+ years of age for this role.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage incoming communications, including calls and alarms, to coordinate appropriate security-related responses at the location.
Dispatch security personnel to incidents and/or emergencies as directed, maintaining clear and accurate records of all activities.
Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and access procedures, following site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed according to established protocols.
Maintain communication with on-site security personnel and/or law enforcement as required, relaying information accurately and promptly.
Document all incidents, dispatch activities, and unusual occurrences in detailed reports for management review.
Support regular and random patrols by coordinating personnel and tracking patrol status, helping to deter unauthorized activity around the location.
Adhere to all Allied Universal procedures and site-specific guidelines while performing dispatch and security-related duties.
