Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Communicate and collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and observations.
Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or unusual conditions as observed during patrols.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and support access control procedures.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.
