As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution, you will conduct regular vehicle patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment, all while representing our values of integrity, teamwork, and caring. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to maintain order within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment for financial operations.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
Assist in controlling access to the location by monitoring entrances and verifying credentials as necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and patrols in accordance with Allied Universal and client guidelines.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
