As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment by conducting routine patrols throughout financial institution locations. You will remain visible to provide a reassuring presence, respond to incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
A college degree is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the location to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues within the financial institution environment.
Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers with general inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Document and report all activities, observations, and/or incidents according to company and client protocols.
