As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Requirements

CPR and First Aid are preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
Monitor for unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns, reporting findings according to site protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, offering assistance as needed and promoting a welcoming environment.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or in response to incidents.
Participate in training sessions and follow all Allied Universal and site-specific procedures to maintain compliance with guidelines for financial institution locations.
