As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol locations within financial institutions, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position involves driving responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for unusual circumstances.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related violations within the location, following established protocols.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.
Assist with access control procedures, including verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points, as appropriate for the location.
