As a Security Officer - Financial Front Desk Full-Time in Trenton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service while monitoring access and assisting with security-related inquiries. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or clients at the front desk in a professional manner.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and providing visitor badges as needed to help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Maintain detailed records of visitor and employee check-ins and check-outs, following site-specific policies and procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries, providing assistance or redirecting calls as necessary.
  • Support security-related procedures and emergency response activities as required by site-specific protocols.
  • Communicate and collaborate with on-site staff and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters or incidents.
