As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities throughout the location. Your responsibilities will include maintaining constant communication, responding to incidents, and supporting our on-site team to help deter potential security-related issues. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Must be 21+ years of age for this role.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate security-related communications between personnel and relevant departments within the financial institution location.
Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and/or areas as required, maintaining clear and concise logs of all activities.
Provide customer service by following established security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including during emergency response activities.
Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information as necessary to appropriate parties.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, calls, and dispatch activities as outlined by site protocols.
Communicate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal leadership.
Assist in the implementation of security-related procedures and protocols to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the location.
