As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you'll monitor and patrol a dynamic food and beverage production location. You'll conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. Requirements

CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the food and beverage production location.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activities according to established protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support security-related objectives and maintain a visible presence throughout the location.
