Join Allied Universal at a financial institution location where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet visitors, assist with access procedures, and communicate clearly with staff and guests while documenting activities and responding to concerns. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site personnel and/or public agency partners when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, perimeter, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, including verifying identification, issuing badges, and/or maintaining visitor logs per site policy.
• Complete required reports and documentation, such as incident reports, shift activity logs, and/or patrol documentation, and communicate notable conditions to Allied Universal management and site contacts.
