Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic food and beverage production location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication, while upholding our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity through teamwork and a people-first approach. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage production location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, presence of unauthorized individuals, or unusual occurrences within the facility.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding security-related matters and/or concerns as they arise.
Assist in controlling access to the premises, verifying credentials of individuals entering the location, and maintaining visitor logs as required.
Support emergency response activities by following established procedures and collaborating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
