As a Security Officer - Entry Point Driver in Indiantown, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support smooth site operations through strong communication and customer service. In this driving post, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while bringing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a guard card.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and document access activity in support of site access protocols and other security-related procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, production areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
  • Communicate clearly with employees, contractors, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding site rules, restricted areas, and/or incident-related information.
