Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
Assist with visitor and vehicle management, following site-specific procedures for the logistics and distribution environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.
Respond promptly and calmly to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations, following established protocols.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
Provide customer service by assisting personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers with inquiries related to access and site procedures.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support security-related operations and address any concerns.
