Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a premier commercial real estate location. Your primary role will involve monitoring access, assisting visitors, and providing outstanding customer service to all guests and tenants. This is a driving post, where your presence and professionalism help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment that reflects our values of integrity, teamwork, and care.

Requirements

At least six months of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and guests at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and managing visitor logs in accordance with site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Communicate with property management, building staff, and/or emergency services as needed to address security-related concerns.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Provide customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with general inquiries from tenants and visitors.
