Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response protocols appropriate to the location.
- Monitor entry and exit points for associates, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers, helping to verify credentials, process arrivals, and document access activity in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the proper chain of command when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including warehouse areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, with activities varying based on site conditions.
- Support security-related operations at a logistics and distribution location by observing for unusual activity, reporting policy violations, and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
