In this role, you will remain visible, assist with site access procedures, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific access control procedures, credential verification steps, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorized access, and help to deter unauthorized entry into production, warehouse, and other restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as appropriate.
• Observe incoming and outgoing visitors, vendors, and deliveries, following post orders for screening, logging, and directing traffic flow at access points.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to identify unusual activity, facility issues, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.
