Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor front desk activity and help to control access by verifying identification, reviewing visitor and/or delivery logs, issuing credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate contact or area.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Complete routine front desk reports, document security-related events and/or irregular activity, answer phones, and support reception operations in accordance with post instructions and client-facing service expectations.
