As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly and professionally. Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the protection of people and property.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter potential security-related concerns or unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence within the financial institution environment.
Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance concerns according to site protocols.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and support a secure environment for clients and staff.
