What You'll Do: Greet and screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment. Verify identification and credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors as required by site-specific procedures. Monitor entry and exit points to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents. Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting individuals with directions or information about site policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Document all screening activities, observations, and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and maintain open communication. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Current CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
