Requirements
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor alarms, cameras, radio traffic, and incoming calls to support timely communication of security-related concerns, incidents, and service needs across the location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communication between on-site personnel, management, and/or first responders.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records related to routine activity, incidents, maintenance issues, and/or after-hours concerns.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while observing for unusual activity and reporting conditions that may require follow-up.
