Requirements

MUST HAVE VALID AND CURRENT CA. GUARD CARD & TRAINING CERTIFICATES!
PLEASE COME DRESSED IN BUSINESS ATTIRE CLOTHING.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Pepper spray certification is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications for the location, including radio, telephone, and electronic systems, to support security-related operations.
Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and/or locations as required, maintaining clear and accurate records of all dispatch activities.
Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures and policies, and coordinate emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing accurate information to both Allied Universal teams and local authorities as needed.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of all incidents, communications, and dispatch activities for site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Collaborate with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or access through timely communication and coordination.
Stay informed of ongoing site activities and potential security-related concerns, relaying pertinent information to Allied Universal personnel and stakeholders.
