About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring communications, and coordinating security-related response activity when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering details and dispatching the appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor cameras, alarm systems, radios, and telephone lines within a financial institution location to help identify unusual activity and support timely security-related communication.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident records, and dispatch documentation, sharing updates with site leadership and/or Allied Universal personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, while helping to support site-specific policies and continuity of operations.
