Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer supporting a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will also deliver exceptional customer service and communication, playing a key role in maintaining a secure environment. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Pepper spray certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate communication systems to receive and dispatch information regarding incidents, personnel, and/or emergency situations at the location.
Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to inquiries and assisting individuals as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and resources.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all communications, incidents, and activities during the shift.
Communicate clearly and professionally with law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal personnel as required.
Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with field officers and relaying information regarding the business and perimeter.
Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of site operations and promptly reporting suspicious behavior or incidents.
