As a Dispatch Officer at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor activity, coordinate officer response, manage radio and phone communications, and document security-related incidents with clear, professional reporting. You will stay visible and service-focused while supporting routine patrol operations and helping to reduce disruptions through teamwork and integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in line with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities for a manufacturing location.
  • Operate the dispatch post by monitoring phones, radios, alarms, and/or camera systems; receive calls for service and coordinate appropriate responses in line with post orders.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gather key details, and communicate updates to on-site personnel and/or leadership.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, key control records, and/or access activity documentation as required by site procedures.
  • Support perimeter and facility operations by coordinating patrol check-ins, tracking officer status, and/or reporting maintenance or hazard observations to the appropriate contacts.
