As a Dispatch Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to alarms and access control events, and support onsite teams with clear, professional communication. You will help maintain orderly operations by documenting incidents, assisting visitors and tenants, and staying visible as a trusted point of contact. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from a dispatch center.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control activity, and radio traffic; dispatch officers and/or maintenance contacts as needed; document calls for service, incident details, and shift activity in required logs and systems.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, relaying accurate information to responding personnel, and supporting evacuation and/or shelter guidance when directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around building common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter when assigned, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to property management.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive activity by verifying credentials, assisting with visitor processing, and maintaining a professional presence at a commercial real estate location.
