As a Front Desk Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact, managing access control and assisting visitors while helping to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves providing outstanding customer service, communicating clearly, and supporting a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner while monitoring access to the location.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client management.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate.
Monitor visitor logs and maintain accurate records of all guests and contractors entering or exiting the location.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols for financial institution settings.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal supervisors and/or client representatives regarding any security-related concerns or unusual activity.
Support a secure environment by remaining alert to suspicious behavior and helping to deter unauthorized access to the premises.
