As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support teams and visitors with clear communication and customer service, while documenting observations and reporting concerns. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license that meets AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and assigned security-related procedures, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology-focused location, including interior spaces, common areas, and the perimeter, noting hazards and irregular activity and reporting concerns.
Monitor access points and controlled areas, help to verify authorization for entry, and assist with visitor check-in processes in accordance with site requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and coordinate notifications to site contacts and/or local responders as directed.
Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in written reports and logs, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership as needed.
