About The Position

TRIDENT is hiring a dependable and professional Flex Security Officer to support multiple client sites throughout the Boulder area. This role is ideal for officers who are adaptable, reliable, and interested in long-term growth within the security industry. The Flex Officer position is designed to provide broad, hands-on experience across different security environments. Officers in this role support open shifts, special projects, and coverage needs while gaining the skills required to advance into supervisory and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional security coverage across multiple client locations
• Fill in for open shifts, call-offs, vacations, and special assignments
• Conduct foot patrols and standing posts for extended periods
• Monitor assigned areas for safety, security, and policy compliance
• Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times
• Communicate with supervisors and operations staff via phone or computer
• Respond promptly to changing assignments or last-minute coverage needs
• Uphold TRIDENT standards, procedures, and customer service expectations
