About The Position

As a Security Officer Credential Driver in Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Requirements

Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
Be 21 years of age or older.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Guard card is required.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, identification checks, and other security-related policies at a government location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor access as directed, and/or maintain accurate logs of arrivals, departures, and denied access activity.
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting security-related concerns.
Assist with screening people, property, and/or vehicles entering restricted or controlled areas in accordance with post orders and government location requirements.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, access issues, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.
