About The Position
As a Security Officer Credential Driver in Delray Beach, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Requirements
- Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Guard card is required.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, identification checks, and other security-related policies at a government location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor access as directed, and/or maintain accurate logs of arrivals, departures, and denied access activity.
- Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting security-related concerns.
- Assist with screening people, property, and/or vehicles entering restricted or controlled areas in accordance with post orders and government location requirements.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, access issues, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.
