About The Position

As a Security Officer - CRE Unarmed Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your presence and exceptional customer service skills will support a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential risks.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and any irregularities observed during patrols.
Assist with emergency response activities as required, including guiding occupants and coordinating with local emergency services if needed.
Maintain a professional presence and provide visible support throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and promote a welcoming environment.
