You will monitor and patrol designated areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and by participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols or while on post.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences as required by site procedures.
Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement when necessary to address incidents or emergencies at the location.
Support a welcoming and secure environment for tenants, staff, and visitors by providing information and assistance as needed.
