Job Description As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Driver in Tonganoxie, KS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the premises. This driving post involves monitoring assigned areas, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with tenants and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide a visible presence.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Communicate with property management, tenants, and visitors to address questions or concerns in a professional manner.
Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site protocols.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
