Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and remain highly visible to support a welcoming environment. Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance needs within the location.
Communicate clearly with property management, Allied Universal team members, and local authorities as required.
Document all activities, incidents, and observations according to company and client protocols.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
Assist visitors, tenants, and contractors with directions or information related to the location, providing a positive customer experience.
