As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned commercial real estate locations. Your presence and routine patrols help to deter potential security-related incidents while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter potential unwanted activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or the appropriate authorities.
Assist visitors and tenants by providing directions and answering questions regarding access and building protocols at the location.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities as required by site guidelines.
Collaborate with building management and/or law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies at the location.
