As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, primarily by driving, to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your visible presence and exceptional customer service will contribute to a positive environment, while you respond to situations and support tenants and visitors. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
Primarily driving post is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols.
Work closely with building management, tenants, and visitors to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to changing needs or conditions at the location.
