As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate multifamily location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas through routine rounds of buildings and grounds. You will stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, respond to resident and guest questions with professional customer service, and document observations clearly. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting emergency services when needed, and following post orders for notifications.
Monitor access points and property activity, verify credentials as required, and/or support visitor management and resident requests in accordance with site procedures.
Complete detailed shift activity reports and incident documentation, maintain logs, and communicate observations and updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
