As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication while upholding our core values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you support a secure and welcoming environment.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual findings.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs as required by site policies.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel only.
