Job Description As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrol - Overnights in Alamo, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor the property, conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, respond to alarms and/or panel activity, and support tenants and visitors with professional customer service. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and perimeter routes, noting hazards, unauthorized activity, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and common areas, assist with wayfinding, and help verify visitor and vendor access per property procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, documenting observations, and notifying site leadership and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, use property systems and radios for communication, and support security-related operations during routine and special building activities.
