As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by patrolling commercial real estate locations, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual occurrences according to site procedures.
Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to building occupants.
