As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately during emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including the business interior and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site protocols.
Assist visitors, tenants, and staff as needed, providing directions or support while maintaining a professional presence.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to support a secure and welcoming environment at the location.
