As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while addressing security-related concerns. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with company and client policies.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment within the commercial real estate location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors as required.
Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
