Job Description As a Security Officer - Commercial Driving Patrol Overnights in Wayne, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed, driving patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will complete routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor needs. You will respond to concerns, document activity, and deliver customer-focused communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, property management, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter, documenting observations and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor direction, and help verify badges, keys, and/or work orders as required by post orders.
• Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate site conditions and maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.
