As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location. You will interact with site personnel and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support site operations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior within the chemical or petrochemical location.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or irregularities as observed during patrols or while on duty.
  • Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
